If you’re unfamiliar, they’re a real estate agency that operates in the US and Canada. They also blog. This particular blog I suggested how to best use color palettes, textures, and decor in a small space.
Other small space tips I’ve given clients:
Real plants, not only does this clean the air you breath, but freshness and life always make a space feel better.
Layer rugs, if you’re going the economical rout from a box store make them feel fuller and more luxurious.
Use mirrors to reflect day light, putting even a small mirror opposite a window can make a world of difference in the evening hours.
Hang curtains properly, they should be flowy, ceiling height length, and at least 6 inch wider than the window on either side. If they gather at the bottom is more of a style preference than function.
